To advocate for and offer a wide-range of programs, opportunities, and resources that will enhance overall quality of life in the neighborhood.

Our Vision

A safe, supportive, inclusive community built on our rich history, neighborhood voice, and mutual respect.

The Martin Luther King Neighborhood Association was formed in 2020. The purpose of the organization is to:

• Promote communication, connection and support among the neighborhood residents
• Facilitate positive changes in the local community affecting all citizens
• Assist in revitalization of the community
• Assist in providing recreational, health and other valuable services to area residents
• Maintain and improve resident area property
• Enhance the quality of the resident area environment and the physical appearance of our community
• Identify neighborhood and socials needs; in order to also identify and develop solutions.
